Returns, Refunds, Damaged Products and Shipping

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of y our refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to  your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Damaged Products

EKKO Candle Co., wants you to be satisfied with your candle purchase.  If you receive a damaged product, send us an email with order number and attach a photo of the item that was damaged during shipping to info@ekkocandle.com and we will replace your damaged product.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday by USPS.  Orders are normally shipped within three to four business days from receipt of order.  Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
